Every year my husband would hide my Christmas gifts. He would give me clues to where they are located by writing them notecards. He is very poetic too! He knew I really wanted this Banana Republic jacket so he went back to mall on Christmas Eve to get it for me. He can be very sweet at times. Here is our Christmas Cards this year. Such a big girl now! Kaylee is 22 Months today!! She can count to 10 and can sing the alphabet! On Christmas Morning aw our babies! My two new toys! 35mm f/2.0 Wide Angle Lens and new Speedlite flash!!! eek so excited to get them this week! Happy New Year, I am very lucky to have this lil sweetheart to share my midnight kiss with! hehe her expressions are priceless!! I wish I can clone myself so I have more time to do other things..important things like sit around watching Hallmark movies all day long :) Have a great week. Until next time!

Red dress with a touch of glitter, Kaylee is all set for Christmas. Can't believe we are one week away from Christmas! I'm not ready yet! The holidays came way too fast this year for us and I secretly wish time will just slow down just for a little bit. Hope you enjoy the next set of photos of Kaylee. On Saturday, my husband and I took Kaylee to a nearby park to photograph her for this year Holiday cards. I thought it would be fun to incorporate the dogs in the photos for the Christmas cards but little missy was too busy playing with the dogs that she did not want to take much photos :) She would not let go of Jet, our chihuahua. Therefore we had 2 sessions over the weekend! So glad the weather was amazing! stay tuned for part 2 hopefully this week! Photoshoot part II coming up soon!!! Hope you have a great week!! Last weekend I had the honor to do a family session with an adorable family. The weather was simply perfection, upper 60s in December!! I had so much fun with the girls, it didn't even felt like work at all. Found out that Kaylee and her youngest has the same Vietnamese name (My Tien) What a coincident. :) This weekend I am looking forward to shoot Kaylee's christmas photos for the Christmas cards, so stay tuned! At our house!! All the Christmas decorations are finally up! Christmas is my favorite time of the year so I enjoy decorating the house to make it look a bit merry. I love the giving, lights, cooler weather and all the pretty decorations all around us. All photos are were by my iphone using Afterglow App to edit. I love this app!!! Hello everyone! It has been awhile!! I recently put in my two weeks at my company that I have been working for over 5 years! It's bittersweet but I am looking forward to a new chapter in my life. Switching jobs is never easy but I am so excited to meet new people and do well within my field. Unfortunately I won't be able to blog much since I will focus more on my career but will try my best to do posts on Kaylee for family and friends. So thankful for everyone who been following my motherhood journey since the beginning! I'll be back! Our Thanksgiving this year: Great friends and yummy food, all was missing was my family back in South Dakota! On Thanksgiving day we took Kaylee out to a park to get some fresh air before heading over to a friend's house for thanksgiving. So much food and I didn't get the chance to take pictures of all of them! Thanks for stopping by and for all your sweet comments! I really appreciate them!
