I hardly ever use my tripod but it's definitely put in good use whenever hubby is away to take photos of K and I. I got mine from amazon last year.
Hope you had a beautiful weekend, we did absolutely nothing over the weekend and that was amazing! It's so nice to relax and not have anything on the agenda. Looking forward to short week since I am taking Friday off to enjoy my last day in my twenties :) Have a great Monday!

Beautiful photos Yvonne! I'm glad to the tripod getting some use ;) It's the best "investment" I've ever made.
I've made the mistake many times of walking around in a grassy area only to come out with tons of mosquito bites =/ The only solace? I got some decent photos as a result, so it's okay :)

My goodness baby K is cute. I love these pictures... beautiful mama and beautiful baby. I hear ya about the mosquitoes, I'll be standing in the backyard for 5 min and come back with 10 bites. How does that even happen!? :)

So pretty. I haven't used my tripod all summer since having Izzy home to take photos. Going to have to change that!
Great mommy-daughter portraits! Did you use a high f-stop? I tried this with my son once, indoors, not a great success. Maybe outdoors is better. Great place too. Sorry about the mosquitos. I hate em! Cute cute photos of Kaylee solo too. Love the one of her looking/picking at the lavender.
