I can't believe it has been already a month since her 1st birthday party. Kaylee took her first few steps on the other day while facetiming with her aunties so I think she's going to be walking in couple more weeks! yay! high five! She graduated from her rocking chair and mommy will be documenting her second year in the big girl chair in her nursery. Looks like she does not mind the new change at all, looking super duper happy.
Recap from her birthday party! We took so many photos that it took forever to sort through them. Here are the highlights!
We put couple items in a plate so we can see what she may be interested in. Each item represents a profession. She picked up a book and then a pencil after, meaning she'll be a scholar when she's older.
She received many wonderful gifts from friends and family! She had a good time opening up the gift wraps and was more interested in the wrapping paper then the gifts! :D

Still can't believe she is a year old already. Time flies! Courtney started walking when she was 14 months old. Kaylee will be soon =)

my mum placed items on a plate as well for my 1st birthday. I think I picked up a deflated balloon. that must mean I would become a clown when I grow up ... which I don't see myself doing!

Yay and congrats on the first steps! It's such an exciting time! My son took his at 13 months too and it wasn't much longer before he was toddling around all over the place.
