I have always love photography but never got serious with it until I had my baby girl about 3 months ago. See her lovely pictures here. I have been taking photos of Kaylee weekly and monthly and was never satisfied with the lighting..maybe because I pretty much just shoot in auto since I had no idea how to shoot in manual. Because of her, I was determined to learn so I can document everything precious of her. Oh and if your new to my blog, I recently I upgrade from Canon xsi to Canon t3i too! Love it! Ok enough about my yapping..over the weekend I shot Diane and Billy's engagement photos and we had an awesome time! It was easy to capture them beautifully because they are a gorgeous couple! Hope you enjoy them! I noticed any picture with Diane smiling, the picture turn out to look beautifully!

I mentioned last week that I have never done an engagement shoot before..so I was really excited when Diane had asked me to shoot their photos. Here is just a little preview of the shoot today. Kaylee is not permitting me to do more editing at the moment so here is just what I have so far. Will be posting more this week. { Before meeting up with Diane and Billy, I went to the location a bit earlier to take some test shots } I met Diane through work and she is the most sweetest and nicest girl I have met..can't forget gorgeous too! It was such a fun photoshoot and hoping to do more like these! More to come! Thanks Diane and Billy for trusting in me to take your engagement photos!!!

Testing out my new camera (yes again) with Kaylee yesterday and got pretty awesome shots of her..so I just had to share! I have been shooting in Av mode (Aperture-priority) to get depth of field (blurred background and sharp foreground) Kaylee is such a great model for mommy! She is so fascinated with hands at the moment! I will be doing an engagement photo shoot for a dear friend this weekend. I'm pretty excited and nervous at the same time since this is my first time doing a shoot for anyone. O_o I'm just honored that she want me to take her photos! Happy weekend everyone!

Hubby and I took a trip to Vegas before I had Kaylee. I was 13 weeks pregnant and we knew this would be our last trip for awhile. Here are some photos I took with my new camera Canon T3i. Love it but I still got so much to learn! Planning on reading the manual but haven't had much time to myself lately..busy busy mom! Im amazed that my orchids are still alive! I got it from Hubby for Valentine's day and it's still growing strong. I normally kill all my plants and flowers after couple weeks. Baby Kaylee already at 11 weeks. My other baby girl {with a bad haircut..I gave her a new haircut over the weekend :D } They really love each other She's starting to suck her hand now. Last week photo of Kaylee at 10 weeks Anyone own a T3i or T2i? How do you like it? I still haven't really figure out the video option yet. Here is a video I did of Kaylee with G12 Canon. This is by far my favorite video of her. She's already talking..or trying to :D

Lately all I have been wearing to work is comfortable clothes..once in awhile I like to dress up and try to look important professional. I know honeysuckle is the 2011 color but so far I really like yellow. They should name yellow or mustard color for 2012 so I am all prepared..just saying.. On another subject I am saying farewell to my Canon xsi and hello MR. Canon T3i. I absolutely love my xsi but recently I have been videotaping Kaylee a lot and my xsi doesn't come with a camcorder. Been hinting the T3i to hubby for awhile and he finally got it for me for Mother's day. T3i is very similar to the Canon 60D but a little bit cheaper, Cant wait to test this toy out! You know I will be taking a lot of pix of Kaylee with this bad boy Have a great Monday!

My sweet baby, how can you still be so adorable and sweet even when you are sleeping. You always have a smile on your face and you are never fussy unless you are hungry or need a diaper change. You are such a happy baby and we love you so much! Your personality is starting to show and we can tell that you are going to be such a good girl. You are so calm and we know that you will be very respectful and considerate when you grow up Mommy has been documenting your every move on videos too. Here is the latest one of you. Your smiling and laughing is so contagious!
