Spring Rolls

Few weeks ago my husband and I went to North Carolina to visit his mom for Mother's Day. We made goi cuon (spring rolls)and it was so good that when we came back home, I wanted to see if I can make it by myself with homemade peanut hoisin sauce. Somehow I forgot to take a picture of the sauce.



The spring rolls were De-lish!

Speaking of food, I have been craving for vietnamese dessert Tropical Fruit Che` Thai so I made some yesterday. I think I love food just a little bit too much..

    Oh my goodness! I want both of these foods! YUMM!
    The secret to good spring rolls is definitely the sauce/dip!
    One of my favorite foods are spring rolls. I haven't made them in a while. Need to get on that!
